IMPORTANT: How to apply for your Arizona Non-Resident Permit:
You may obtain your Arizona Permit to Carry by contacting the
Arizona DPS Concealed Carry Weapons Unit at 602-256-6280. They will mail you an application kit which consists of instructions, application form, two fingerprint cards and a self-addressed return envelope.Complete front of application.
1. Print Out and include your certificate of completion.
2. Complete the 2 enclosed fingerprint cards as per the instructions.
3. Include a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $60 made
payable to "Arizona Department of Public Safety".
4. Mail self-addressed envelope. Allow 60 days for processing.
